Key facts: The Crescendo Trust of Aotearoa is a registered New Zealand charity (CC47891), operating in the education / training / research sector, reporting latest gross income of NZ$1.2M and total expenditure of NZ$900K for the year ended 2025.

The Crescendo Trust of Aotearoa is a visionary, unique and professional organisation that grows young people between the ages of 15-24 across Auckland. Our point of difference is that through our mentoring programmes in music, production, audio engineering, event management and live sound young people get to directly engage and connect with people working in the creative industries. This enables them to learn about a wide range of industry relationships, knowledge and skills, they benefit from exposure to real-world industry experience and training, including employment opportunities. The focus is slightly different with each individual but the goal remains the same; to empower NZ youth with a strong sense of self and the courage to make positive decisions for their future pathways.
